Two fully equipped kitchens with appliances, including induction stove, refrigerator, freezer, Nespresso coffee machine, oven, dishwasher, microwave, complete tableware, toaster, and kettle. Perfect for preparing family meals or for groups of friends.
Outside, the villa offers a private 8x4 meter swimming pool, ideal for moments of relaxation and fun. The garden and 20m² terrace invite moments of socializing, with the possibility of using the barbecue for outdoor meals.
The house has heating via heat pump, fireplace for cooler nights, TV with international channels and WiFi. The private parking allows accommodation for 2 vehicles.
